Melody is an award winning modern Gypsy style bellydancer with over 17 years of experience. She has studied under some of the finest Middle Eastern dancers in the United States. She's danced at many annual festivals, carnivals, conferences and conventions throughout the Puget sound area and up and down the west coast of the United States. She has also been featured in newspapers and magazines, with appearances on TV and radio.

Owner of Emerald Rain Bellydance Co., Melody is a very busy woman directing three dance ensembles through her company; Emerald Rain, Yakootah Matarra and Emerald Raindrops as well as coaching award winning solo dancers. She also produces the annual Emerald Rain Bellydance Competition & Fete, held the first weekend in March.

She can usually  be seen dancing with her two 36"swords, fans, fire, zills,spoons, baskets and veils. Melody is available for performances, workshops and weekly classes.
