The Energy Spiral is a unique way of sensing energy and learning about being in the moment. By arranging seating to align with the Golden Mean, you will experience the movement and intensity of energy. Each spiral is a new adventure due to the varying energies of the people participating. Please come as you are, with your questions, hopes, fears and frustration, and plan to leave feeling lighter.
During this experience you will be introduced to clearing energy by letting go of the negative and heavy feelings and releasing what triggers you. Simply by just being in the moment.
The cost for each Energy Spiral is $25.00 per person. When two or more people register together the cost will be $20.00 per person.

Tamalyn Dallal is returning from an extended trip to Egypt and Zanzibar for one week only.
WORKSHOP
Learn about one of the great Egyptian composers, Abdel Halim Hafez. Tamalyn Dallal will teach a workshop to his music with a short choreography and explainations of the music you will dance to. 2-4 pm $35. Please reserve early as space is limited.
DINNER & A MOVIE
We will be showing an excellent Egyptian film tracing the life story of Abdel Halim Hafez, called "Halim." Bring tissues because it is rather emotional. 5pm -8pm .Dinner will include some Egyptian food and Zanzibari favorites. $20. Reservations are required.
